In this new system the whole weight is always set up and available. For changing resistance it moves on a lever with the help of a small electro-motor in 1 kg steps. The electro-motor is controlled an on-board computer. This way the machine combines good feelmg and effectiveness of weight with the comfort of an electric mach ine.
